Examples:

  • Solved performance problem with turbine, condenser, and vacuum system for 11,000 hp nitric acid plant compressor train. Order for new condenser cancelled. Plant re-started in one day. Cost-saving approximately $10 MM. Downtime saving approximately 21 days.
  • Refrigeration compression system performance problems evaluated for major food processing plant. Determined that wet condenser fouling was performance degradation cause. Recommended water treatment changes. Mitigated risk of refrigeration failure and several million $ in lost product and lost production.
